Disciple Maker Index (DMI)

The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) is an anonymous survey of parishioners that provides insights into the level of missionary discipleship in the parish in addition to the effectiveness of the Mass experience, preaching and other aspects of the parish.  

The DMI allows you to assess how you may be doing both in your discipleship of Christ as well as in your spiritual growth. By participating you provide valuable insights to parish leadership about discovering ways to make us all better disciples.

All parishioners of Our Lady of Africa are invited to take part in the Disciple Maker Index survey. Your participation will help provide Fr. Bob and parish ministerial leaders with a better understanding of where to focus efforts and energies to help you grow in your faith and achieve the parish’s mission. Paper copies of the survey are available in the narthex of the church, or you may print the attachment. Please return the printed copies by March 31, 2023.
